Swimming commitment graphics.
Your event, your new school's colors — a finished college swim commit edit from one meet photo.
Free to download · No account · Any school, any level

Swimming recruiting is decided by times — the cuts you hold, the meets you made — but the commitment is announced with a photo. The "committed to swim at" post is how the news reaches your club, your high-school team and the swim recruiting accounts, and it is nearly always a meet photo with the school's name and colors over it.
CommitGraphics turns that one photo — the set position on the block, a butterfly breath, a look at the scoreboard — into a finished swim commit edit designed around your photo and your school's real colors. Enter the school and its state, and the engine pulls the identity in. Your name, events and class year are placed exactly as you type them.
It works for swimming and diving at every level: Division I and II programs that sign in November, and the Division III programs where more than half of college swimmers compete and the commitment is the admission letter.

Your details
Name, your events in the position field — Free, Fly, 200 IM, Distance, Diver — and the year you graduate high school.
Your school
Type the school and its state. Real colors and identity are pulled in automatically, from Big Ten and SEC programs to NESCAC and UAA teams.
Your photo
One meet shot: set on the block before the start, a breath in fly or breast, or the scoreboard look after a best time. Deck photos from a parent work.
Make it official
Two finished designs per tap. Regenerate until it's the one, then post it the day your coach says the commitment is public.
Built for swimming
Type Free, Back, Fly, IM, Distance or Diver into the position field and it renders exactly that way.
Most college swimmers are Division III swimmers. A Kenyon or Emory commit gets the same design as a Texas one, in its real colors.
The program's actual palette, automatically, so the post looks like it came from the team's account.
Instagram post, Story, square and X in one download for your page, your club and the swim accounts that repost commits.

The CommitGraphics difference
Cuts, visits and the November signing
Most college swimmers commit in the fall of senior year, after official visits in September and October, once the coach has seen the times and the team fit. The verbal is the announcement moment: the commit graphic goes up, and your club, your high-school team and the swim recruiting accounts repost it.
Signing day for college swimming
For the class of 2027, Division I and II swimming and diving programs sign from Wednesday, November 11, 2026, and the period stays open through the following August. Many swimmers post COMMITTED at the verbal in October and SIGNED a few weeks later in November; both come from the same pack.
Division III and the admission letter
Division III has no athletic scholarships and no signing day. The commitment becomes official when the admission decision arrives, which for Early Decision is mid-December. D3 swimmers post the graphic when the coach confirms the spot and again when the letter comes, and many programs still hold a ceremonial signing.
Shooting a swim commit photo
On the block, face up
The set position before the start, shot from the front or the side of the block with your head up, is the best swim commit photo there is: the suit, the cap and the face are all visible and the body reads as an athlete. Ask whoever is shooting to stand at the end of the pool, not behind the blocks.
The breath, not the underwater
Butterfly and breaststroke breaths with the face clear of the water work well; a freestyle breath to the camera side works too. Underwater shots and goggles-down streamlines hide your face, and the design engine works from your face.
Natatorium light
Pool lighting is cool and flat and the water throws reflections. Deck shots near the start end are the brightest and sharpest; warmups, when the pool is calmer, are the easiest time to get one. Divers: the tuck at the top of the dive or a portrait on the platform both work.
Events, class year and how it renders
Swimming has events, not positions, and the position field renders whatever you type: Free, Back, Breast, Fly, IM, Distance Free, Sprint Free, or a specific event like 200 IM. Divers type Diver or Diving. Use the year you graduate high school as the class year. Your times and cuts go in the caption, not on the graphic.
Thank your club coaches and your high-school program in the caption rather than on the graphic; the graphic carries the college, and the caption carries the road. The caption guide has lines that work for swimming.
Questions, answered
Does CommitGraphics make swimming commitment graphics?
Yes. Swimming is one of the sports in the app, and diving renders the same way. Enter your name, events, class year, school and state, add one meet photo, and the engine designs a finished commit edit in the school's real colors in about a minute.
What do I put in the position field for swimming?
Your events: Free, Back, Breast, Fly, IM, Distance or a specific event like 200 IM. Divers type Diver. It renders exactly as typed.
When is signing day for college swimming?
For the class of 2027, Division I and II swimming and diving signs from Wednesday, November 11, 2026, and the period runs through the following August. Division III has no signing day; athletes commit when admitted.
Does it work for Division III swimming commits?
Yes. Most college swimmers are D3 swimmers, and any school renders the same way in its real colors. The D3 commitment becomes official when admission is confirmed.
What photo works best for a swim commit edit?
The set position on the block with your head up, shot from the front, or a butterfly or breaststroke breath with your face clear of the water. Avoid underwater and goggles-down shots.
