A junior college baseball commitment graphic made with CommitGraphics
The moment

Junior college is where a lot of college careers actually start, and a JUCO commitment deserves the same announcement as any other. The "committed to" post with the program's colors is how the news reaches your high school, your travel team and the recruiting pages, and it is the post the college's own account reposts on signing day.

CommitGraphics turns one action photo into a finished JUCO commit edit in the program's real colors. Enter your name, class year, school and state, and the engine pulls in the identity, whether that is Iowa Western, Chattanooga State, Ranger College or a community college that is not on any recruiting site. Your name and class year are placed exactly as you type them.

Baseball commits use it most, but it works for every junior-college sport and every path: a signing with an NJCAA letter of intent, a spring commitment to a CCCAA or NWAC program, or a late-summer decision after the four-year offers did not come through. When you move on two years later, the same app makes the transfer graphic.

The process

A minute from done

01

Your details

Name, position and the year you graduate high school. If you are already in college and moving to a JUCO, use your class year as the college lists it.

02

Your school

Type the college and its state. Real colors and identity are pulled in automatically for NJCAA, CCCAA and NWAC programs alike.

03

Your photo

One action shot with your face visible: a swing, a pitch, a shot on goal, from the front or slightly to the side.

04

Make it official

Two finished designs per tap. Regenerate until it is the one, then post it the day your coach says the commitment is public.

Why it lands

Built for JUCO

Every junior college

A community college with 900 students renders with the same quality and the same real colors as a Division I program.

COMMITTED now, SIGNED later

NJCAA programs use their own letter of intent and sign on their own schedule. Post COMMITTED at the verbal and SIGNED when you sign; both come from one pack.

The transfer graphic, built in

Two years from now the same app makes the TRANSFERRED graphic for the four-year school, in its colors.

Sized for every feed

Instagram post, Story, square and X in one download for your page, your travel team and the accounts that repost commits.

Two years to prove it. The announcement should look like you mean it.

The path

How JUCO signing works

No national signing day

Junior colleges do not sign on the NCAA's November 11 date. NJCAA programs use their own letter of intent and sign whenever the coach and the athlete are ready, which in practice means a heavy spring season from February into June and a late wave in July and August. California's CCCAA and the Northwest's NWAC do not use a letter at all; the commitment is your enrollment and the roster spot.

Why JUCO commits happen late

Many junior-college commits come after four-year offers did not arrive, a late growth spurt, an academic hold or a post-graduate year. That is the normal path, not a setback, and the graphic should look like any other commitment. Post it when the coach confirms the spot.

Two years later: the transfer post

JUCO careers end with a second announcement. NCAA four-year schools sign junior-college transfers in the same periods as high-school recruits, and football mid-year JUCO transfers sign from December 2 through January 15. The transfer graphic is in the same app.

Shooting a JUCO commit photo

Face to the camera, mid-action

The best commit photos are an action shot from the front or slightly to the side with your face visible. Ask whoever is shooting to hold the burst and pick the frame where you are looking up.

High-school and travel-ball photos both work

You do not need a photo in the college's uniform. The engine replaces the background and renders the kit in your new program's colors, so a high-school or summer-team photo is fine.

Light and glare

Shoot early or late in the day, or under even indoor light. A cap brim at noon or a face in full shade is the one thing the engine cannot fix.

Details

Class year, position and the caption

Use the year you graduate high school as the class year, and the position you were recruited for. Thank the coaches, the travel program and the family in the caption rather than on the graphic; the graphic carries the college, and the caption carries the road. The caption guide has lines that fit a JUCO commitment and the "this is just the start" tone most of them take.

If you announced offers earlier, the same app made those; if you are moving from one junior college to another, the transfer graphic fits better than a second commitment post.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Is there a signing day for junior colleges?

Not a national one. NJCAA programs use their own letter of intent and sign on their own schedule, most often between February and June. CCCAA (California) and NWAC (Northwest) colleges do not use a letter; the commitment is your enrollment and the roster spot.

Can I make a commitment graphic for a JUCO?

Yes. Enter the college and its state, add one photo, and CommitGraphics renders the graphic in the program's real colors in about a minute, the same way it does for a Division I school.

Should the headline say COMMITTED or SIGNED?

COMMITTED when you give your word to the coach, SIGNED the day you sign the NJCAA letter of intent. Both come from the same pack, so most athletes post both.

Does it make the transfer graphic when I leave JUCO?

Yes. The transfer graphic for the four-year school is in the same app, in that school's colors, with TRANSFERRED or COMMITTED as the headline.

When do JUCO athletes usually commit?

Later than four-year recruits. The spring of senior year is the busiest stretch, with a late wave in July and August after four-year rosters are set.

What photo works best for a JUCO commit edit?

A sharp action shot from the front with your face visible. High-school and travel-team photos work; the engine replaces the background and renders the uniform in your new program's colors.

Two years, one announcement.
