Truckee Meadows colors
Truckee Meadows wears black and green. Junior-college graphics are often made by hand with the wrong shade; these are the official shades to match.
Colors from the infobox of the Truckee Meadows Community College Wikipedia article, checked against Wikipedia's college color data where it lists Truckee Meadows. The source names the color without a hex code, so the ≈ swatch shows a standard shade for that name.

JUCO signing at Truckee Meadows
Junior colleges do not sign on the NCAA's November 11 date. As an NJCAA program, Truckee Meadows uses its own letter of intent and signs whenever the coach and the athlete are ready, which in practice means a heavy spring season from February into June and a late wave in July and August.
When you move on two years later, the same app makes the transfer graphic for the four-year school. More on junior-college announcements on the JUCO commitment graphics page.
