Purdue colors
Purdue's colors are old gold and black. On a commit graphic, old gold usually carries the background and black the headline, which is how the program's own graphics read.
Colors from the infobox of the Purdue University Wikipedia article, with the athletics hex codes from Wikipedia's college color data ("Purdue Boilermakers").

When Purdue commits sign
Purdue is an NCAA Division I program, so its recruits sign in the Division I signing periods. For the class of 2027 that means the windows below, set by sport.
The National Letter of Intent was retired in October 2024; athletes now sign the written offer of athletic aid on the same calendar. Post COMMITTED when you give your word, and SIGNED the day the paperwork clears. The full calendar is on the signing day dates page.
