When Central Oklahoma commits sign
Division II uses the Division I dates, so Central Oklahoma recruits sign from November 11, 2026 in every sport except football, which has its own December and February windows. D2 rosters fill later, so a February or April signing at Central Oklahoma is normal, not late.
